Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of quality control standards and processes.
Position Overview
The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quality
control team, ensuring that all products meet both company and regulatory quality standards.
This role requires the ability to manage and train a team of quality technicians, monitor
performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor the quality control team to ensure all tasks are completed
efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance standards and policies.
• Perform regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality regulations and standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product non-conformances.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and take corrective actions
when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports for management review.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure all employees are up-to-date on quality standards and
best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to drive
continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
