Design and manufacture lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery modules and

packs for industrial, commercial, data center, and government customers. We are launching

our first manufacturing facility and scaling production.

We are seeking a Production Planning & Control Specialist to support production

scheduling, work order management, and manufacturing execution during our factory

ramp. This is a hands-on role combining planning responsibilities with time on the

manufacturing floor.

• Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules

• Release and track work orders in ERP/MRP systems

• Monitor WIP, throughput, and schedule adherence

• Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams

• Cross-train on manufacturing equipment and assist with line operation as needed

• Support pilot builds and early production runs

• Support I/O materials design, flow and initial 5S program

• 3–5 years of manufacturing operations or production planning experience

• Experience with electronics assembly or automated manufacturing

• Comfortable in a factory environment

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability

• Battery or power electronics experience

• Exposure to automated assembly lines

• Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS coursework
